Q: How do I order?

Easy Peasy!  Pick which item you’d like customized under the collections on the front page. If something ks marked sold out or wanting something you don’t see lister, you can fill out my custom form
and I’ll reach back out to you or you can DM via Instagram, be sure you have all your custom info ready to discuss! For ready to ship items they will be listed on my website under “ready to ship!”
 
Q: What is your turn around time?
A: My turn around time is 6-16 weeks. I work in order of which received as well as each item is hand painted and I don’t want to rush your artwork. 
 

 Q: Do you ship internationally? 

A: We currently ship within the US and Canda. 

Q: Can i cancel my order after I’ve placed it? 

A: Once an order is placed I begin to work on them or order the product immediately so I can begin to work on them ASAP. In some instances if I have not ordered or begun working on your order, we will do a one time courtesy of canceling an order. As stated on every listing and website. Once an order is placed there is no refunds.  

Q: Can I send you my item to paint?

A: YES, my favorite is when you mail in your cup! In order to do so you can reach out to me via DM On Instagram or submit a form here on my website. Please note with mailing in items you are responsible for shipping. We are not responsible for any lost/stolen/stuck in hub, mark as delivered but not received (delivered to wrong address).

Q: How do I care for the tumbler?

A: Each tumbler comes with a care guide on how to keep it lasting long. Tumblers are hand painted/ hand made. I strive to make sure they are as perfect as possible. Since they are hand made there may be random specks of glitter (glitter and spooky are my life) or small aka not 100% smooth spots of the sealant. It doesn't affect the usage of the tumblers. Make sure to use the lid that comes with your tumbler to protect the lip/Upper edge of the cup!

Q: Do you do more than cartoons?

Yes! I love painting portraits especially your fur babies! Anything really I love to paint! 


 Q: Can I return my item? 

No, I’m sorry there is no returns on items. If you received a damaged item, please DM me so we can discuss further action.
